Incorruptible Sports Management (ISM) is a representation and management agency for world-class, professional basketball athletes. We specialize in an individualized approach that focuses on mentorship, tailored professional development, brand creation and management, contract negotiation, and partnership development. Our elevated execution paired with a familial management style allows for seamless transitions into being professional basketball players.

We believe that there are possibilities for athletes everywhere but have unfortunately seen that opportunities aren’t always awarded to the most talented in the room. ISM seeks to level the playing field by evaluating you at every level, not just your playing ability, to find generational talent.
We do this by paying attention to the person and player you are while providing tailored guidance to enhance the path you’ve already started. The result of his dedication was athletic and academic scholarships to prestigious universities and colleges across the country.
In 2016, Carlton began working in Basketball Operations at Kathleen High School. This position allowed him to assist with filming, traveling, and coordinating accommodations. Afterward, he continued to pursue his Master’s in Business Administration at Florida A&M University. This success bolstered him to pursue his NBPA Certification.
Since, Carlton has held key positions in the Motion Picture Industry and for the Atlanta Hawks. Both of which fueled his commitment to creating a trustworthy, full-service management agency that develops well-rounded players.

Carlton Barnaby Jr., MBA, Sports Consultant, founded Incorruptible Sports Management because of his desire to see athletes succeed on and off the field. Upon graduating from Florida A&M in 2013, Carlton returned to his hometown of Central Florida where he began scouting basketball high school athletes. During this time, he assisted with the filming and editing of highlight reels for players in the South to gain exposure through various social media outlets like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
